refresh page disconnects wallet

Hi team, congratulations on the great work, the interface seems very professional and intuitive to me, I leave some comments that I noticed when trying it.

1. The percentage slippage in the swap cannot be adjusted to the extent one wants (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).

2. When you refresh the page, the wallet you linked before is not automatically linked.

    Also notice an error when adding liquidity to the pools, it doesn't happen always but it does happen several times.

    It doesn't allow me to sign the transaction, it stays loading, I have to refresh the page and reconnect the wallet so that the error disappears.

    agreed. a persistent wallet connection should be implemented
