Tweaks to DEX UI/UX

Minor tweaks to polish the current UI.

1. Button to set transaction priority

   Transaction priority: Market / High / Turbo / Manual

2. Refresh button

3. Half / Max buttons to trade half or all your tokens (same features as in JUP)

4. Add a mention Low or High Price Impact (to notify user)

5. Also consider these in a drop down menu:

   Minimum received

   Price impact XX%
