Remove blue line associate to % from swapping

I see some people are asking to add other % for the swaps, like 25%, 50%, 75%, etc., but telling from my experience I don't find it very useful. In that case, what make the experience a little confusing is the blue line. People may think that clicking in one segment it will modify the percentage.

In fewer words, keep the MAX button, but remove the dotted blue line, which I believe is a bit confusing.
