Refreshing page disconnects Wallet

Hello Common Team,

i connected with the nightly wallet and got the tzero tokens from the faucet and started swapping. I had a few small issues with the swap, as transactions kept showing as unsuccessful, even though I confirmed each of them in the nightly app on my phone. Most of the requests for the swap didnt arrive in the nightly app at all and kept showing directly as failed.

2. I haven't used nightly app before, but every time i make a reload on the common website it keeps de-connecting and i have to open the nightly app again and reconnect it from the beginning.

3. Another issue i had with the swap is that all the failed transaction kept staying on the webpage and i had to close them one by one even though there were around 15 failed transactions.
