error in adding to the pool

Found several errors

1. Having received test tokens, they are displayed on the site on the right side of the screen, but are not displayed in the NIGHTLY wallet

2. The second is an error with adding tokens to the pool

When I add tokens and instead of confirming in the pop-up window of the nightly wallet, I click not confirm, but click on the red cross (exit), then there is no function. The "enter an amount" button remains gray even after refreshing the page.
