Can't add liquidity to TZERO-KNO pool

My transaction to add liquidity to the TZERO-KNO pool keeps failing. It keeps saying

"Transaction Failed
Try again or adjusting the slippage"

I've tried adjusting the slippage all the way up to 25% (although I fail to see how this should make a difference, since I am trying to add liquidity) and it doesn't work.

I've tried multiple times over the span of the last 3 days.
