Authorize spending a coin

When I first buy an asset and I want to sell it, the wallet has direct access to my assets without me approving this expenditure. It's a good idea for security to seek validation that the user actually wants to approve the protocol to spend their fund.

There may be an option when you initially request to send asset A then to have a single option to enable the protocol to spend money and also execute transaction without multiple transactions signing to do this? Is this possible?
